We are absolutely over the moon to have won another award at the ESTAS, achieving a four-year streak of success in the Southern Region.

The ESTAS awards – held this year online because of COVID-19 restrictions – were nevertheless well attended.

Once again Phil Spencer of TV fame presented the awards, which are designed to recognise outstanding performance (judged by customers) in both Estate Agency and Mortgage Advice.

The ESTAS is a fully independent customer feedback scheme. Awards are given entirely on the basis of how our customers rate the service we provide. We really value the comments that we get, as we are always aiming to improve. We know that clients have a wide choice of advisers available to them.

We build long term relationships with clients, offering tailored advice for now, and in the future. Our customers come back to us when life changes and their financial needs change with it.

We are incredibly grateful to those who feel that they can give us great feedback on the work that we do.

Kevin McRobie, Director of McRobieAdams comments:

Fantastic! It’s a real achievement for the whole team to have won again. The ESTAS are particularly important for us, as they are based purely on customer feedback.

We are competing with much larger agents for these awards, and the fact that so many of our clients are prepared to leave good feedback lets me know we are getting it right. We really do want to give the best service we can, and I feel that this award amongst all others reflects what we as a team are trying to do.

We are really grateful to our clients for taking the time to leave feedback, and we’re not resting on our laurels – we’re aiming for Gold next year.

This year’s award follows on from the Mortgage Adviser awards for 2017 and, 2018 (where we won two awards: Southern Region and Best Office in the UK), and 2019 awards where we again won an award in the Southern category.
